Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us to request cancellation. Approval will depend on whether the order is already processed, packed, or assigned for shipping.
After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead fall under return rules where applicable.
Refund on Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed according to the payment method and internal review timeline.
